Projects
As well as activating meanwhile sites, Projekt works with its development partners and takes long-term head leases on commercial areas in final schemes. When and where possible, tenants are transitioned through. Projekt includes the following active sites:
- The Silver BuildingA shared workspace and cultural centre in the Royal Docks.
- The FactoryWe are currently working on an exciting new project in East London, Royal Docks.
- 58 Old Compton StreetThe first genuinely affordable workspace and co-working hub in London's Soho.
- 2 Archer StreetCreative workspace in the iconic Soho building, formally occupied by the Windmill Theatre.
- Easthampstead WorksRepurposed use of the iconic Bracknell Forest Council building.
- Empress StudiosA new creative workspace redevelopment by Projekt in collaboration with The Earls Court Development Company.
