The Factory Project will repurpose and activate a series of vacant and underused buildings and yards owned by Tate & Lyle Sugars.

The vast 5.2 acre site contains 100,000 sq. ft of buildings and outdoor space that will be transformed to provide affordable workspace, rehearsal and production rooms, free workspace for local charities, purpose built Film and TV Studio and a 5,000 sq. ft community and events space.

Estimated for completion in 2022, The Factory Project will join what is becoming home to an exciting mix of creative spaces that are supporting the burgeoning creative economy in the Royal Docks.
