It provides five floors of functional, pared-back studios of varying sizes for creative enterprises, start-ups and entrepreneurs, with flexible and adaptable studio and event spaces as well as an artisan coffee bar.

Easthampstead Works, which started with an initiative from the economic regeneration team at Bracknell Forest Council, is an incredibly exciting project and a perfect example of how modern regeneration should be carried out. We have engaged with existing and new Bracknell entrepreneurs and creative businesses and have brought new enterprises to the area.
